This project was created for the Chicago chapter of the International Society for Performance Improvement.  The content is focused on the concept of Human Performance Improvement (HPT).  This self-paced course was created using Adobe Captivate.  In its current state, it is not completely finished but offers a preview of what I am capable of completing with Captivate.
